At AiStage.ca, we take great pride in delivering high-quality virtual staging services tailored to the needs of real estate professionals and property owners. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the custom work involved, all sales are final. Once your order has been delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

By placing an order with AiStage.ca, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Revision Policy
Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision, which must be requested within 3 business days of delivery. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments, such as furniture arrangement, colour changes, or styling edits. Requests for a completely different design or room layout may be subject to an additional fee. Requests beyond the one included revision will be considered new work and may be charged at our current rates.

Refund Exceptions & Processing Fees
Refunds are only considered in the rare event AiStage.ca is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen technical or operational failure.

If a refund is issued, the original payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is a third-party fee retained by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and is beyond our control.

Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting AiStage.ca to resolve an issue may result in immediate termination of service and loss of rights to use the delivered materials.

Delivery Timeline
AiStage.ca makes every effort to deliver projects within the estimated turnaround time of 48 hours. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and workload. Delays due to factors outside our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Ownership & Usage
Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the staged images for real estate marketing purposes. AiStage.ca retains the right to use completed works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Refund & Revision Policy. AiStage.ca reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page.
